How do I use the mouthwashr correctly?

We recommend using the mouthwash twice a day after ultrasonic tooth cleaning. To do this, pour the mouthwash undiluted into the cap (15 ml per application). Rinse your mouth and throat for approx. 60 seconds. Then spit out the mouthwash. Caution: do not swallow.

How long should I not drink anything after rinsing my mouth?
