The special emmi®-pet ultrasonic toothpaste is an important part of tooth cleaning and oral hygiene with 100% original ultrasound. The formation of microbubbles, which are stimulated to burst by the special emmi®-pet brush head, ensures that the emmi®-pet toothpaste has an optimum cleaning effect. The emmi®-pet ultrasonic toothpaste was developed with the support of theGoethe University Frankfurt am Mainand optimized for the emmi®-pet ultrasonic toothbrush. We have deliberately avoided fluorides, gluten, nanomaterials and microplastics.

How to use the emmi®-pet ultrasonic toothbrush?

The new way of cleaning teeth works without scrubbing or pressure. It is therefore suitable for getting dogs used to a regular brushing routine, even as puppies. The gentle ultrasonic waves can also be helpful when changing teeth. The brush head is simply moved lightly over the teeth. The focus should be on the incisors and molars. However, only certain areas, such as the fangs, can be sonicated. Please also use our special ultrasonic toothpaste with the emmi®-pet brush. The unique formula creates the necessary microbubbles that remove dirt and plaque. The formula has been specially adapted to the needs of dogs and cats.

The brush head reaches two to three teeth, depending on the shape of the teeth. After approx. 6 seconds on the teeth, the ultrasonic toothbrush is moved on to the next teeth. Repeat this until all teeth are clean. You can also spend twice as long on areas with heavier plaque if the animal is willing. Then simply brush off all the loosened dirt starting from the gums and you're done.

Why can't I use conventional toothpaste?

Conventional toothpaste cleans the teeth by grinding the dirt off the teeth with tiny abrasive particles. This does not spare the tooth enamel. The amount of tooth abrasion during brushing is expressed by the so-called RDA value. The lower this value is, the more gentle the toothpaste is on the tooth. The original emmi®-pet ultrasonic toothpaste has an RDA value of 0, i.e. it does not clean through friction. The emmi®-pet toothpaste forms millions of microbubbles in the mouth. The microbubbles penetrate into the interdental spaces and the smallest crevices and implode (harmless to humans and animals) through the multi-frequency vibrations of the emmi®-pet ultrasonic toothbrush. They remove biofilms and impurities and reduce germs and bacteria. The teeth retain their natural protection against bacteria and germs and the risk of tooth and gum disease can be significantly reduced.
